The cost to the consumer is only 1% when you are sending money using PhoneCash. If you request an ATM card to widthdraw money from PhoneCash, a $10.00 fee applies for card and a load fee of $5.00 thereafter

To withdraw funds to your bank account via Interac Email Money Transfer, a fee of $10.00 applies.

There are some additional ATM costs associated with the card when using it at your bank.
