Withdrawing

If you have a bank account with a Canadian bank, you may withdraw your PhoneCash by having an Interac Email Money Transfer sent to your email address.

1. If you have not done so, register your email address by texting "Email youraddress@somwhere.com" to 416 838 3600, where "youraddress@somewhere.com" is your email address. You will receive an email confirming that this has been done correctly. Alternatively you may register your email address over the phone with us when you call in to confirm your withdrawal.

2. Text "Withdraw $$$" to 416 838 3600, where $$$ is the amount you wish to withdraw.

3. Call our customer service number at 416 838 3600 to confirm your PIN # and secret question (if this is your first time calling, you will be asked to select a PIN # and secret question. This is to ensure that no one other than yourself has access to your funds.)

4. Your withdrawal will be processed immediately, and you will receive an Interac Email Money Transfer within 30 minutes. Simply open the email and follow the instructions to have the funds directly deposited into your bank account. The answer to the secret question will be your 10-digit mobile number, no spaces or other characters. 

Depositing

Depositing funds is easy and your funds will be available within 1 hour of deposit.

By Email :
1. Send an Interac Email Money Transfer through your online banking. This works for any Canadian bank account.
- The recipient must be deposit@phonecash.org
- 
Security question must be "Phonecash account number"
- Answer must be your mobile number, 10 digits, no spaces or other symbols.

2. Text "Deposit $$$" where $$$ is the amount you are depositing, to 416 838 3600.

3. You will receive a text message confirming that your deposit is pending.

4. Your deposit will be approved within one hour, and you will receive another message notifying you that funds are now available.

At The Bank :

1. IN CANADA Walk into any TD Canada Trust location and deposit the desired amount of funds to account # 123456. If a space exists to leave a note on your deposit slip, please add your 10 digit mobile number. In the UNITED STATES, Walk into any Citibank location and deposit the desired amount of funds to account # 123456.

2. Text "Deposit $$$" where $$$ is the amount you are depositing, to 416 838 3600.

3. You will receive a text message confirming that your deposit is pending. 

4. Your deposit will be approved within one hour, and you will receive another message notifying you that funds are now available.

By Credit Card

Use your MasterCard, Visa or Diner's Club credit card to add money to your PhoneCash account. For a limited time there are no fees applied when you add money to your account with a Credit Card, plus your funds are available immediately without delay.
